SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Free shipping on all orders above R2500, excluding furniture items (Terms & Conditions apply). Kindly note that this does not apply to products that are on sale or on promotion. Products are delivered to you within 10 working days. All good purchased are despatched once payment has reflected in our Bank Account.

Kindly ensure that the correct shipping method is selected as incorrect selection may affect your order status.
Kindly ensure that the correct delivery address is provided and that a contact person is available to receive goods when delivered. Note that we will not be held liable for delivery to incorrect addresses provided.
Kindly ensure that prior arrangements are made before local pickups. We’re always available to ensure that pickups are convenient for you.

A Cash On Delivery fee of R300 is charged for delivery in Johannesburg and surrounding areas only. Please contact us for shipping or delivery queries that are not stipulated here.

RETURNS
You have 7 days to return an item from the date you've received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you've received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Note that delivery costs will be incurred by the customer.

REFUNDS
Once we've received your item, we will notify you thereof and inspect the returned item. We will subsequently notify you on the status thereof without causing you delays. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Note that delivery costs will be deducted from refunds payable.
